In August this year, Italy was ordered to pay €240 million to English gas and oil company by an international arbitration tribunal established under the Energy Charter Treaty. Christina Eckes, professor of European law at the University of Amsterdam and director of the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance, will be our guest speaker.
